Order Fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. All orders are processed as they are received. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will process and ship when regular business hours resume.
All orders are processed as they are received. We cannot change or cancel your order after submission.

Free Shipping
US Domestic orders over $99 and international orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping.
Healthcare Professional orders over $250 (domestic and international) qualify for free standard shipping. Overnight shipping is not available for wholesale orders over $250.
We do not offer express shipping as a free shipping option.
Shipping Options – US Domestic Orders
Shipping Method, Estimated Shipping Time
2-Day, 2 business days by 4:30 pm to businesses and 7 pm to residents. Alaska and Hawaii require 3 days. No weekend delivery.
Overnight, Next-business-day delivery. No weekend delivery.
Free Shipping, Up to 10 business days for the lower 48 states. Expect longer times outside the contiguous 48.
Additional Shipping Information
Residential and remote/rural locations may take additional time for delivery. Overnight deliveries may arrive as late as 8 pm in remote areas.
Estimated shipping timelines begin once the order has shipped and do not include delays in fulfillment due to weekends or holidays. For example, it will take up to two business days after an order ships to arrive when you select 2-Day Shipping.
Estimated shipping timelines are estimations only. Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times.
Biopure Health is not responsible for delays in delivery due to these circumstances or carrier errors.
Orders qualifying for free shipping are shipped via standard, non-express shipping.
International Shipping
Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery. Shipping times may be extended by your country’s Customs review process, which can add additional days.
Many countries charge customs fees, import duties, or taxes when shipments arrive.
These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
Because every country’s policies vary, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority for details.
International customers serve as the importer of record and must follow all laws and regulations in their country. If Customs holds or rejects your shipment, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Customs for assistance.

Due to international regulations, we cannot ship to the following countries or their territories:
Mexico
Norway
Belgium
Portugal
Spain
Additional product-specific restrictions:
Melatonin products: Available only in the United States
Mimosa: Cannot be shipped to Germany
