      Makes my mouth feel clean

      I'll be honest, I don't use a lot of health care products, but I do use this occasionally, and I always like the way my mouth feels really clean after I've used it. You're supposed to use it for 10-15 minutes by swishing it around in your mouth, and at first that felt like forever, but eventually I got used to it. But why does someone always come in and try to talk to you when you're in the middle of your oil pulling routine? Every time!

      One tip, use a little less than suggested, because over the time you have it in your mouth it's going to feel like a lot more than you think and using a little less makes it more manageable to keep it moving in your mouth. Great product and I highly recommend it.
