Suggested use

Place 1 teaspoon in mouth and swish for 10 to 15 minutes. When finished, spit the oil into a waste receptacle. Do not swallow.

      Makes my mouth feel good

      I don't know exactly what this does for me, but a friend was telling me about oil pulling and I figured I'd give it a shot.

      When I first started taking it I couldn't keep it in my mouth for 10-15 minutes like the bottle says to do. Someone also comes up to you and wants to talk right after you start, so I try to make sure I'm alone or can't be disturbed. I also take a little less than the package says, because swishing this around will add saliva and soon you have a lot more swishing around than you began with.

      What's cool is that after I'm done and spit it out, my mouth feels super clean, like after you get home from a dental cleaning. I love it!
