A: BioPure O3® Oils require an emulsifier to provide the greatest benefit.* We use a small amount of Polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (Polysorbate 80), at a concentration of less than 1% volume per serving. Steidl-type Rizols are used to create a more oxygen-rich environment, which is theorized to support anaerobic microbial balance, while also facilitating uptake of essential oils of clove, green myrtle, myrrh, and marjoram.*
